Task 3: Production process

In this task I am going to be showing my production process by creating a schedule. In the schedule you can see the different tasks which I have created in order to create my final major project. The schedule is highly effective because it allows me to create a clear and successful schedule which I can stick to.

This task will mainly be focusing on how I stuck to my production process, I will be explaining the task definitions and deadlines. In my unit 5 production process you can see how I actually created the project, including screenshots of my production.

Schedule - 17/05/17

This is the schedule I created on the 17th May. I am planning to stick to my schedule and my deadlines which I have planned, for example I plan to finish my FMP on the 21st of June. I need to complete 10 different tasks which you can see in the image above.

Schedule - 07/6/17

This is my schedule on the 7th of June. I have decided to show a update of my schedule to show where I am and what I need to do before my deadline. I am currently on the 8th task and I am a day in front of my planned schedule. I still need to finish two more tasks before I have finished my schedule.

Schedule- 11/06/17

It is 12th of June, and I have completed all of my tasks originally a week earlier than I expected. This is good because it allows me to make vital changes to the environment.
The schedule I am using automatically fills in the actual schedule. For example when I input my actual completion date for each task it will automatically fill it in on the schedule. If I am late the box will turn red instead of green. I believe that I have planned and managed my schedule effectively because I started the schedule A bit earlier, to start preparing for my fmp and due to this I have completed the project to a good standard which I am satisfied with. To see the final FMP, it will be included in unit 5.
